APSON’s manufacturing facility is strategically located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, a well-established hub for the elevator component manufacturing industry. The dedicated production unit for gearless elevator traction machines spans 20,000 square metres and is equipped with advanced, high-tech manufacturing systems along with robust QC and QA infrastructure. With an annual production capacity up to 24,000 motors, APSON is India’s largest dedicated facility for gearless elevator traction machines.
The facility also houses a test tower used to evaluate the real-time performance, safety, and reliability of newly developed traction machines, ensuring superior product quality and compliance with global standards.
Our production unit is equipped with advanced CNC turning machines and VMCs, ensuring precise component manufacturing within strict design tolerances. In addition, the facility features automatic coil winding systems, vacuum varnishing units, and dust-proof magnet assembly rooms, enabling superior build quality, consistency, and long-term reliability of elevator traction machines.
To ensure every product meets our stringent performance and quality standards, APSON is equipped with advanced QC and QA systems, including automatic stator testing, on-load PMSM analysis, brake torque testing equipment, and noise testing in dedicated sound-proof rooms. Through strict quality control protocols, we ensure that every elevator traction machine delivered is reliable, high-performing, and defect-free.
